Not your normal “HR guy”

I guide you through the job searching process from the perspective of a talent acquisition specialist/recruiter, with a touch of gaming jargon added to the mix.

It’s time to Press Start!

I am an experienced talent acquisition specialist (TAS) with four years of experience and a total of nine years in the human resources (HR) field. I am passionate about sourcing top-tier candidates across all employment levels, from entry-level to upper management, and have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing robust relationships.

Throughout my career, I have acquired a diverse set of skills that will benefit my clients.

What I bring to the table for my clients:

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition: With the knowledge I gained over the years, I help you understand what talent acquisition specialists and recruiters look for when searching for candidates.

  • Strategic Sourcing Techniques: Throughout the years, I have utilized numerous sourcing tools and job board platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to find top talent. Clients benefit from this insight, enabling them to update their resumes to bypass ATS system and talk to a human.

  • Communication Skills & Relationship Building: I have established and nurtured lasting business relationships at all levels, from entry-level reps to CEOs (both are important to any business). I offer guidance on connecting with people across all levels without losing your personality.

  • Analytical Skills: I employ a left-brain approach to match clients with one of the four player types and create a tailored plan to assist you on the job hunt.

  • Interviewing and Assessment: Having conducted numerous interviews—in person, over the phone, and via video—I possess the knowledge to identify the best fit for roles and what hiring managers are looking for in candidates. My clients will gain confidence from my mock interview’s and be ready for the real thing.

  • Market Insight: I love doing research, often times, I do this for the different roles I handle. I have to understand the job market trends and industry standards of different roles to help guide stakeholders and upper management to make better decisions for the business. This helps clients navigate the job market effectively and help them apply to the right companies that fits them.

  • Passion for the Video Game Industry: I’ve been a gamer since I was five, starting with a Nintendo 64 and Mario 64. My college capstone project focused on the video game industry in 2014, I got a solid B+ on it. Since then, I've stayed updated on the field ever since. I bring this passion to my clients who love playing and making video games.

  • Accountability and Support: I’m committed to seeing people achieve their career and life goals. Working with diverse individuals, I’ve learned that everyone has a unique career story. Helping someone succeed in their role and grow within a company is as rewarding to me as earning a meaningful Xbox achievement or PlayStation Trophy (Like Halo Reach’s legendary and Gears of War Seriously). I offer my clients the same dedicated support.

By leveraging these skills, I help my clients understand what recruiters and talent acquisition specialists think when they come across your LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and or CVs.

Join me on a journey to enhance your digital presence and advance your career, all while embracing your passion for video games.

    Welcome Gamers !

I am an Explorer ♠

Results from the Bartle test

Iam 73% Explorer

What Bartle says:

♠ Explorers delight in having the game expose its internal machinations to them. They try progressively esoteric actions in wild, out-of-the-way places, looking for interesting features (ie. bugs) and figuring out how things work. Scoring points may be necessary to enter some next phase of exploration, but it's tedious, and anyone with half a brain can do it. Killing is quicker, and might be a constructive exercise in its own right, but it causes too much hassle in the long run if the deceased return to seek retribution. Socializing can be informative as a source of new ideas to try out, but most of what people say is irrelevant or old hat. The real fun comes only from discovery and making the most complete set of maps in existence.

I am also:

60% Socializer

40% Achiever

27% Killer

These categories allow us to tailor our services more effectively to each group, ensuring personalized and impactful guidance.
